“Guys… Kori knows what she’s talking about!!! I just had my first baby this fall (big boy weighing over 9 pounds I may add) and, needless to say, he took a toll on my body! When I got married, I was at my lowest weight and doing a very low carb/high fat diet, so in my mind, that was the only way to lose weight and stay lean.
